What is the best plan for beginners?

For beginners, we recommend trying out one or two lessons and have a goal in mind. Skill acquisition should be the main focus. Come in with a skill you want to learn and let the coach lead you through the steps to get there.

Can I buy multiple lessons at once?

Yes! You can contact [email protected] to purchase and plan when your lessons will be. We offer discounted rates for 5 lesson packages.

Can I try out the gym before committing to a lesson?

Yes! We offer multiple clinics and open gym sessions that will allow for a more free exploration of movement. We highly recommend coming to Open Gym if you are aged 16+ to meet the community and coaches in their element.

Who are these lessons for?

Personal training sessions are meant for anyone that has a specific goal in mind like, "I want to do a backflip," or "I want to make myself more competitive in my sport."

Do you offer virtual classes or training?
